Terms and Conditions of 8 Degrees South Interiors use Aust Standard Post Nationally.
- Allow 1-2 days for order to be processed, then once order has been placed you will receive a tracking number through Aust Post. Express delivery time is approx 2-3 days depending on the destination within Australia. All orders will be sent within 2 business days of order payment.
- No responsibility is taken by 8 Degrees South Interiors for loss or damage once the package has been sent.
- All parcels sent will be between business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on a weekend or public holiday will be sent the next business day.
- All credit card transactions are processed using secure Pay Pal.
- All 8 Degrees South Interiors product is in Australian Dollars and is GST inclusive.
- Should you receive a piece that is not perfect, email us at hello@8degreessouthinteriors.com and one of our team will be happy to get in touch.
- The piece must be returned with receipt and in original packaging.
- The customer will be responsible for paying postage costs for any returns.
- Please allow 7 days for your exchange, however if your piece is not in stock, please allow up to 4 weeks. If the product is no longer available, we will offer a refund.
- All 8 Degrees South Interiors products are handmade so we take pride in their manufacture.
- 8 Degrees South Interiors does not offer refunds, so we ask that you please choose carefully.
- Any item purchased can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with receipt and in original unworn condition.
