okay so your x and y values go where the bold black lines are on the graph. the bottom left hand corner is left clear as it is for the zero value. you plot the numbers given in the table so that each number has it's own line on the graphthen you plot the numbers given in the table by going along the corridor and up the stairs. you essentially find the spot where both x and y values are satisfied. If you don't understand this I can help you further. you then join these plotted points with a linefor the second question, you find the gradient of the line which is the vertical length of the line divided by the horizontal length of the line.for 3 you find 15 minutes on the x-axis and see where it meets the y-axis on the line that you have plottedyou do the opposite for 4. you find €1.52 on the y-axis and see where it meets on the x-axis on the line that you have plotted if you have any further questions don't be afraid to ask!
